Terms and Conditions
The conference fee includes:
- Welcome reception and dinner,
- Abstract proceedings of the conference,
- Conference kit.
The conference fee includes full catering, providing coffee and tea throughout the day, as well as hot meals for both lunch (4x) and dinner (4x). Beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, will be available during meal services, and are included too. All dietary restriction can be accommodated.
In case of cancellation up to 1st Feb 2026, the paid registration fee will be refunded, with a deduction of 100 Euro for administrative charges. No refund of the registration fee is applicable for cancellations received after 1st Feb 2026. Refunds will be sent after the end of the conference.
Participants from the same company or institution may be substituted at no additional cost after the registration fee has been paid. However, early notification to the organizing committee is required to confirm the substitution.
